Storage :
Unshelled nuts may be stored for 3 months in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer. Shelled pistachios can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 months, but are not a good candidate for freezing. To restore pistachios that have lost their crispness, toast them in an oven for 5-10 minutes
